What is your Shipping Policy?

Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (business days only). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with valid tracking details.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders Australia-wide.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (metro areas may be faster).
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking and delivery confirmation.

- We currently only ship within Australia.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or public holidays.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What is your Return Policy?
Change of Mind Returns
We offer change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund:
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent, including all original packaging and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable). You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products. All purchases come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty for your peace of mind.
What’s Covered
Our 1-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults that occur under normal use, including but not limited to:

- Battery defects
- Camera, speaker, or microphone faults
- Charging port issues
- Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connectivity problems
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken screens, water damage)
- Software issues or third-party app malfunctions
- Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
- Issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- General wear and tear (e.g., battery aging over time)
Making a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered under warranty:
- Contact us at [your support email] with your order number and a description of the problem.
- If eligible, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for inspection.
- If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Turnaround Time
Warranty assessments are usually completed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item. Replacements or repairs are sent back promptly once resolved.
